We are looking for 4 youth workers that will take part in a training course #Inclusion, which will take place from 18th to 25th January 2020 in Horezu, Romania.
Thanks to this project youth workers will:
- develop their knowledge regarding inclusion, stereotypes, prejudices, discrimination, they will better understand the problems that the disadvantaged people face
- be able to prepare and implement activities that could help the youth feel more included
- learn how to use non-formal education as a tool for including disadvantaged young people and as a way to improve their communication, by being able to conduct non-formal education methods, adapt and apply them in their local activities
- improve their attitude towards disadvantaged young people by starting at least 2 local projects
The project is financed from the Erasmus+ programme. The organisers will provide the participants with food, accommodation and reimbursement of the travel costs up to 275 euros per person. If you are at least 18 years old and if you are interested in the topic of this youth exchange, we are waiting for your application until the 20th of November 2019 (Wednesday). All candidates will receive an e-mail with the results of the selection the latest 1 week after the deadline for applying.
