#Lead(E+)rs

Go on exchange with 4YOUth Romania Apply until August 25, 2021

We are looking for 4 participants who will take part in a training course entitled #Lead(E+)rs, which will take place from 23th to 30th September 2021 in Costinesti, Romania.

During this TC participants will improve their knowledge of leadership (roles, styles, ethics, methods) and understand the importance of implementing leadership. Youth workers will improve their leadership skills (guidance, coaching, motivation, communication, management, obtaining results, decision making) by applying them in their organizations.

The project is financed from the Erasmus+ programme. The organisers will provide the participants with food, accommodation and reimbursement of the travel costs up to 275 euros per person.

If you are at least 18 years old (there is no upper age limit) and if you are interested in the topic of this TC, we are waiting for your application until the 25th of August 2021 (Wednesday). All candidates will receive an e-mail with the results of the selection the latest 1 week after the deadline for applying.

Due to the situation of COVID-19, it’s still not clear how the situation is going to be during the project. Because of this, we are preparing ourselves to support our participants and partners in the best way, to make this project happen as planned. In case this won’t be possible, the info on the website will be updated to let the participants know about any changes in the program.
