Training Course “CommunicAction” took place from 26th August to 1st September 2018 in Alessandria, in the north of Italy. The target group of the training were people working in Non-Governmental Organisations which work with youth, and the main goal was to develop their communication skills.
Magda and Miłosz, members of 4YOUth team, considered this training as a great opportunity to develop themselves and to gain new contacts for the future, so they decided to take part in it.
During seven very intense days participants had a chance to present their organisations and projects, to get to know different tools which can make communication easier and more effective. The participants could approach communication at different levels: honest communication with themselves, communication in the group, and communication with the world. The organisers used their outstanding creativity and thanks to them the participants had a chance to cooperate during solving puzzles and riddles in an Escape Room created for the needs of the project, to present their talents in 3-minute performances during the Talent Show and design and implement an international surprise for the local community of Alessandria.
Moreover, the participants had an opportunity to meet a local rugby team and, under supervision of professional players, not only to get to know the basics of the game, but also to play a match, and after to eat a real italian dinner together with the players.
The Training Course was organised by YouthConnect and it gathered participants from Estonia, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia and Spain.
