In January 18-25, 2020, we went for an Eramsus+ training called #Inclusion. The project was led by the Romanian organisation named ASALT. The project took place in a Romanian mountain village called Horezu. The theme of the training was social inclusion and non-formal tools which can be helpful while working with youngsters.
In project participated groups from Bulgaria, Croatia, Italy, Latvia Poland and Turkey. The training was intense but also very rewarding. We have learned how to create Erasmus+ projects, we have tried and tested differend non-formal learning methods and made short films about the inclusion.
During the evenings we were getting to know each other’s cultures during intercultural nights. In our free time we had a trip to the mountains and to a local pottery atelier. We also played a football match:) undoubtedly it was an incredible time, full of new experience useful not only in a professional area but also for personal development.
